Day 2: Today was a pretty good day. I had 4 small meals, and I worked out for about 30 minutes. The only bad thing was that for dinner, I had a mcdonalds hamburger... :S. I figure.. oh well. I lost about 10 lbs since I got back from my vacation on sunday, so I guess I just decided to reward myself with a hamburger. ha ha.
I'm feeling pretty good so far... I can't wait to get to school where there is a structured gym I can go to for free :) THAT will be awesome.
