April 29, 2011 STOP THIS MADNESS

Okay...
So now that I feel completely horrible about myself because it has been SOO long since I blogged.. I'm pretty sure that it is why I have slowed down in the weight loss lately. As of Monday the 25th, I was at 231, which is 19 lbs lost so far... which in all reality is pretty cool... but also it really could be SO much better. (plus.. I had lost more, then gained some back :/) So I PROMISE  that this next week I will do so much better, and also do better at blogging it. It really did help at first when I blogged, and then I just stopped... which then caused me to just stop losing weight I guess :/. THIS WILL BE BETTER!! :)
No more missing weeks.. no more eating after 9:30 pm, and no more fast food! Being at home and working nights is KILLER for me eating fast food, and eating past 9:00 pm.  This next week, my goal is to end eating before 9:30 every night. (There will be other goals in the coming weeks :)) 
So you better hold me to it.. because its going to happen.. ITS GONNA BE BOSS!
Also, my work is doing a fitness program... so far with the program at work, I have lost 1.6 lbs.. and gained  nothing!!

January 9, 2011

Well. As of Today, I lost 3 lbs :) 237 is where I am at right now, which is on track according to my figurings. :) 
I'm really happy to be back in the swing of things for exercising and such. I finally went to the gym to get my membership today, and it was really amazing.
It has been a while since I've worked out at the gym, and I feel so good. I can't wait to make this a part of my regular routine :)

SORRYYY

JANUARY 5th 2011
Well, there is good news, and there is bad news. The bad news is that I took so long because I didn't have a scale to weigh myself anymore. The good news is that this new scale weighs heavy so I don't think I changed much. The scale on Sunday said that I was 5 lbs off of what I weighed the last time I blogged. Fortunately for me I will go to the doctor tomorrow to see where I really am. 
The new scale says that I am at 240, and the old scale said that I was at 235. So I'm assuming that I didn't change really from the last time, so I can just pick it up from here with this new scale. 
(I didn't gain over the holidays :D)

December 5th, 2010

So... its been a crazy two-ish weeks. Thanksgiving was a bust. I gained 1 pound from Thanksgiving weekend... which is expected because I had a hard time counting my calories that week. 
This week I gained 1 pound.. and I'm not exactly sure. I did every thing that I was supposed to, I am just assuming that I gained a pound in muscle or something like that... or maybe I am just retaining water or something. So, in the long run, I have gained 2 lbs... but Its alright!! I'll just keep doing what I need to do, and everything should be fine... next weekend will be great!!!

WOOOOOO!

Today, Sunday the 21st of November, I weighed at 3 lbs lighter than last week!!! This means that I have lost a total of 12 lbs in about 4 ish weeks! 
This is going so great! I feel so much confidence in myself, and I also feel so committed this time, its not even funny. Its getting to the point where I DO my exercises and I DO my calorie counting because it isn't an option not to.
I feel a lot better than I have, I have a lot more energy now than I did 4 weeks ago (and my pants are mysteriously getting slowly bigger!!)
This is so great.. at this rate, I will more than be at my weight goal by January 2012 and that means that me and my roommate will GO TO DISNEYWORLD!!
This is so fun. I never would have categorized weight loss in the "fun"... but it totally is now :)

Meh.. there will be better weeks.

Well, bad news people. Today I found out that I gained 1 lb for this week. BUT I refuse to take it as a setback!!! I've been working out my muscles quite a bit, and muscle weighs more than fat... so maybe I lost some fat, but gained some muscle?? I don't know, but I also don't feel like it was the best week ever... I will make it up by being amazing next week :)
I went over on my calories just a tiny bit a couple of the days this past week, and I think that might have been a contributer to this weeks tiny set back. So, I vow to do a lot better this week!

WOOO! Good day :)

Today, November 7th, I weighed at 3 lbs lighter than last sunday! this means I have lost a total of 10 lbs in two weeks :) things are going REALLY great. Its getting easier and easier to keep to my eating rules, and my working out rules. (especially when i got a hot guy to do it for!) and also, I just have so much more motivation this time! 
This week I did actually miss one day of exercising, but I made sure every day I counted my calories under 1800. I feel really great.
As requested, next time I will have a picture to post for a before and after. :) EXCITEMENT!!
