Day 1: Today was actually really good for me. I didn't have time to work out, but I ate really really good. I had a corn dog (i love those!!) and a peach this morning... then I ate a bagel and cream cheese at work... then I had a 6 inch subway sandwich. Yeah its not a lot, but I didn't ever feel hungry!!.. So I feel good about it. Tomorrow I plan to run for 20 minutes and do some weight stuff... but I also do some physical stuff at work.
I read somewhere today that eating more meals a day will help you lose weight. I figure if I eat 5 meals a day... Breakfast-Snack-Lunch-Snack-Dinner... then that should be a good start.
I really love having this blog and feeling accountable to at least the internet. It makes me feel like I can do this!!
