Meh.. there will be better weeks.

Well, bad news people. Today I found out that I gained 1 lb for this week. BUT I refuse to take it as a setback!!! I've been working out my muscles quite a bit, and muscle weighs more than fat... so maybe I lost some fat, but gained some muscle?? I don't know, but I also don't feel like it was the best week ever... I will make it up by being amazing next week :)
I went over on my calories just a tiny bit a couple of the days this past week, and I think that might have been a contributer to this weeks tiny set back. So, I vow to do a lot better this week!
